Zeltrax is a primary antagonist in the television series Power Rangers Dino Thunder. He first appears in the episode "Day of the Dino, Part 1".
Originally known as Dr. Anton Mercer's research partner, Dr. Tommy Oliver, Zeltrax was transformed into a cyborg-like being. This transformation occurred after Tommy was trapped in a bio-generator and exposed to reptilian DNA during an attack.
Driven by resentment and a thirst for power, Zeltrax becomes the main enforcer for Mesogog, battling the Dino Thunder Power Rangers on numerous occasions. He wields considerable strength and skill, often employing robotic Grunts and enhanced monsters to achieve his objectives.
Zeltrax's ultimate goal is to destroy the Power Rangers and prove his superiority. He bears a strong resemblance to the Armor of Darkness - Geildon from the Super Sentai series Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger, which Power Rangers Dino Thunder is adapted from.
